The District Explorer Scout Forum is where Explorers have their say on what goes on in the District. It meets to:
The Forum is made up of reps from all the units in the District with as little or as much help from the Leadership as the members feel necessary to make it all run smoothly! Each unit is asked to send at least one rep, preferably two, to each meeting, but the more the merrier!
The meetings are chaired by an Explorer who is the Chairperson of the Forum, and they are assisted by a Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and County Reps who report back from the County Explorer Scout Council. The record of previous meetings can be seen here.

So that the County Reps can report back on what went on at the County meeting the District Forum meets on the Wednesday 8 days after the County meeting at 8.00pm at District HQ.
